I am well equipped to handle creditors' rights and financial issues, being certified as a creditors' rights specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization, and I help several financial institutions throughout central Tennessee collect debts owed them, whether through foreclosure or at bankruptcy proceedings.
